Description:

Customer Service Account Manager I
Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about TCRMen products and services. Also responsible for the management of accounts through building and maintaining relationships with TCRMen customers as assigned.

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Deal directly with customers either by telephone (inbound and outbound), electronically or face to face.
  • Answer multi-line phone system, perform receptionist duties, send out and respond to service agreements and read and reply to all emails and text messages.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries, and handle and resolve customer complaints.
  • Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries.
  • Provide pricing, billing, collecting, allocation of payments and updating customer files.
  • Organize workflow to meet customer and company timeframes.
  • Direct requests and unresolved issues to the designated resource.
  • Manage customers' accounts through recording details of inquiries, actions taken, comments and complaints.
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
    Provide feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Knowledge of relevant computer applications
  • Ability to type 30 to 40 wpm
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures
  • Numeric, oral and written language applications

Description:

Marketing Representative
The Marketing Rep manages sales of the TCRM services in the San Antonio Market as needed and ensures new and existing partner relationships are managed successfully. This is an in office 5 day a week opportunity 9am to 6pm or 9:30am to 6:30pm. We have a fun, casual but highly producing environment. You will get to go to networking events, Mortgage Companies and Banks!

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Identify Partners needs and review their industrial trends in order to sell tailored TCRM solutions
  • Construct and present tailored presentations/proposals to Partners based on their needs and objectives
  • Call and Face to Face meetings with Real Estate agents, Loan Officers, Property Managers, Apartment Locators, Banking representatives and more.
  • Manage existing accounts and expand the TCRM Partner base through Social Media Marketing and through calling decision-makers.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets agreed in line with brand and group requirements.
  • Manage inbound sales requests to grow business opportunities.
  • Report on closed sales, perform pipeline reviews and work on repeat business.
  • Coordinates proper company resources to ensure efficient and stable sales results.
  • Collaborates with all internal teams to develop sales strategies to improve market share in all TCRM service lines.
  • Attend trade shows and networking events to grow knowledge base and market the TCRM brand.

Qualifications

  • Extensive knowledge and experience with digital marketing and content marketing techniques and practices.
  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills are required.
  • Exp in marketing, real estate, business, or related field a plus but we will train the right person
  • B2B sales and account management experience a plus
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • A demonstrated ability to communicate effectively; excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Results oriented and customer focused; demonstrated adaptability and initiative
  • A demonstrated history of successfully achieving goals, objectives and high performance
  • A positive, self-confident and decisive work ethic with excellent communication skills in both oral and written formats, as well as excellent listening skills

This position will involve cold calling, warm calls and some face to face interaction. This is a Business to Business position with an option for Business to Consumer sales. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining accounts with local and national businesses who fit the TCRM target profile with the goal of generating new long term mutually benefiting relationships. The hours and level of responsibility may vary by location and your level of interaction.
