Credit can seem like an abstract concept to people when it comes to business. It’s not a winning lottery ticket in your hand you can quickly flip for cars, vacations, and your favorite handbags.
However, even the lottery undercuts what it means to “win” when you consider some of the horrors lottery winners often experience. Good credit operates through choice, not chance. The point being, fortune achieved accidentally will never be as good as fortune achieved deliberately.
Growing a Small-Business by Having Good Credit
Jessica Harrison-Sexton understands this perfectly. Sexton was a stylist for 8 years before coming to The Credit Repairmen with a personal vision. When the owner of the company she worked for moved, she considered a potential opportunity.
Getting my credit repaired changed my financial situation in such a positive way. It’s the smartest decision I’ve ever made. It gave me the possibility to open my own business, and the confidence to expand it after only 1 year.
Sexton opened up her own small business, Indulge Beauty Concepts in Castle Hills, soon after fixing her credit. She’s in the process of opening up two other locations: one on 1-10 and Wurzbach and another on Culebra to be called Blonde Bombshell.
This wasn’t just a classic case of giving a man a fish and only feeding him for a day.
Not only did the credit repairmen fix my credit score but they also taught me how to raise my score by myself as time went by.
Co-owner of the The Credit Repairmen, Adam Hetrick, helped explain the Repairmen process:
She had the opportunity where she could lease her own property to open her own business. We helped her get her credit in line.
Her personal credit was important for opening up her own business because because she was personally signing up for a lease. If she didn’t have credit she wouldn’t be able to sign for the building. She also wouldn’t have been able to open the lines of credit necessary for the equipment.
Sexton’s repaired credit resulted in some unintended, but welcome consequences. Her new line of credit led to a successful auto loan (a new Tahoe), marriage (The Credit Repairmen doesn’t officially take credit for this), and the ability to buy a new house. Needless to say, Harrison was pleased with where her new line of credit took her.
If you are considering getting your credit repaired, you should do it sooner than later. It really works and is worth every penny. I actually feel like it is a priceless gift I have been given. Thank you Credit Repairmen for repairing my life!
